En route, drop to visit the<strong> Hien Long bridge &amp; Ben Hai river<\/strong> \u2013 the 17th Parallel. The next stop will be <strong>Vinh Moc Tunnels<\/strong> \u2013 \u201can underground city\u201d. The village had to receive heavy bombardment during the war, the villagers constructed approximately 2.8 km of underground tunnels which they used as a refuge to survive the bombings. Overnight in Hue.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #808000\">Day 6: Hue &#8211; Royal Palace (B)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Today, visit the royal palace which has three perimeters of the rampart, named from outside to inside:<strong> Kinh Thanh(Capital Citadel)<\/strong>, which started in 1805 under the reign of <strong>Emperor Gia Long<\/strong> and under <strong>the reign of Emperor Ming Mang<\/strong>, it was totally completed. The second is <strong>Hoang Thanh (Royal Citadel)<\/strong> which is regarded as the highest office of Vietnam\u2019s feudalism and sanctums honoring the cult of decreased Emperors. And the last one,<strong> Tu Cam Thanh Thanh (Forbidden Citadel)<\/strong>, is located inside <strong>the Imperial City, the Forbidden Purple City<\/strong> is reserved for Emperor and his family.<\/p>\n<p>Then, move to visit <strong>the tomb of King Khai Dinh<\/strong> which was built from 1920 to 1931. The last highlight of the day is <strong>Thien Mu Pagoda<\/strong>, an ancient pagoda in Hue city, that can\u2019t be missed during these days in Hue. With 7 stories and become the tallest one in Vietnam. In the mid-afternoon, travel to <strong>Hoi An<\/strong> and check-in at the hotel.
