Full Itinerary<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)<\/span><\/h3>\n

Warmly greeted by a local tour guide and driver, we quickly transfer to the hotel in the city center. After taking a short rest, we enjoy our tasty dinner at a Vietnamese traditional restaurant. If today falls on the weekend, we can experience the bustling and hustling atmosphere at the night market<\/strong> in Hang Ngang and Hang Dao<\/strong> or walk the streets around Hoan Kiem Lake<\/strong> and some streets in Old Quarter<\/strong>. Back to our hotel and overnight here.<\/p>\n

Day 2: Morning Food tasting tour – Half-day Hanoi city tour (B, L)<\/span><\/h3>\n

The itinerary this morning excludes breakfast because we will take Hanoi Food Tasting Tour<\/strong>. First, let\u2019s enjoy Pho Ga (chicken rice noodle)<\/strong> \u2013 one of the most traditional dishes of Hanoi. Then, stroll around Old Quarter<\/strong> to taste many different kinds of local food and drinks like rice pancakes, oil-fried pastry, pillow cake, stuffed pancakes with pork, egg coffee, draught beer, tofu, etc. along tiny streets. Afterward, discover Dong Xuan Market<\/strong> and Hang Be Market<\/strong> to get deeper insights into the daily life of local people and experience the bustling and hustling atmosphere. Finish this morning by enjoying a delicious lunch in the cozy Rue Lamblot Restaurant in Hang Trong Street<\/strong> with spring rolls, fried cake, grilled pork noodles, and banana flower salad. Have a rest before continuing our city tour this afternoon.<\/p>\n

For the rest of the day, we first visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex<\/strong>, Ba Dinh Square<\/strong>, New National Assembly House, One Pillar Pagoda, House on Stilt,<\/strong> and Uncle Ho\u2019s fish pond<\/strong> by walking. Then, our diver will take us to the\u00a0Museum of Ethnology<\/strong> which exhibits many valuable documents and vestiges of 56 ethnic minorities in Vietnam.<\/strong> Drive to the West Lake area, we will stop for a walk along Thanh Nien street known as one of the most romantic roads in Hanoi, and contemplate poetic scenery when the sun sets in the west. Next, stop at a coffee shop to relax and talk with our guide before backing to the hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.
