  4. I kinda have to disagree that guy from that restaurant is inventor of egg coffee. In Poland we have kogel-mogel – egg yolk mixed with sugar, it can be a stand alone dessert but also we add it to coffee, cacao or hot chocolate for ages

  7. I had my first banh mi in Hoi An in Dec 2011. Absolutely amazing. Love ‘em!
    You’ve made me hungry now!
    I’ve never had egg coffee, but will when I next come to VN – I’m planning for May/June this year!!!!!!! 🙏🤞🙃
    But, I do like ca phe. Haha! The hardest part is waiting for the coffee to drip through 😅

  9. I had that egg coffee with rum at Da Nang(Irini resto) and as the name suggests, it’s sweet alcoholic in a nice way. It’s delicious but it’s one of those drinks that you have to follow up with a glass of water after consuming to clear your throat. Banh Mi in Hoi An is awesome too with that herbal flower juice(I forgot the name).
